Fattorie Umbre comes from a long family experience in the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil  in Umbria and from the desire to produce recipes  of the local cuisine: the first tomato sauces  and other typical  sauces of italian tradition, raw material are purchased directly from the local growers and preparted with special attention to the characterict of the product.
